Drinks are served in glasses made of ice!
The interior has space to accommodate 30 customers and contains ice sculptures, bespoke seating made from ice and a central serving bar. Adjacent to the serving bar there is a stock room.  There are a number of games and challenges for both adults and children, some with prizes available.
This unique bar is a real hit with stag and hen parties and the hoards of visitors to the glitzy marina.
At the front of the bars entrance there is a terrace area where customers can warm up with a drink in the sunshine.  This outside seating area can accommodate around 28 customers, so in addition to takings from the ice bar experience further revenue can be generated from more conventional methods!.

The monthly rent is 2.000 euros + VAT.
A 2 months returnable security deposit is also required by the property owner + the standard 2 months government required security deposit with is also returnable.
